At least 7 years working for a broker-dealer, with at least 5 years of compliance experience. Need experience with fixed income products
3+ year’s relevant experience at financial institutions in model risk governance, model validation, model development & production, model risk audit, and/or risk analytics
5+ years of experience in market risk management, ideally in broker dealer and/or proprietary trading firm
10+ years of experience developing or leading Enterprise Risk Management, Information Security, Audit, Compliance, Business Resilience, and/or IT Governance functions
2+ years of experience reviewing and evaluating financial crime investigations, including anti- money laundering (AML), fraud, and other suspicious activities.
15+ years of experience in operational risk, internaal controls and risk control self- assessments. Ideally, has managed a team for the past 3+ years
Strong technical acumen and programming skills in SQL, Python and R. Ability to translate technical information to non-technical audiences
7 or more years of experience in compliance testing and branch inspections, with a registered US broker dealer or regulator
Minimum of 15 years of experience in risk management within investment banking, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
7+ years of experience in public fixed income markets and/or quantitative and risk analytics
10+ years of compliance advisory experience within investment banking. Ideally, strong knowledge of fixed income products
Expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, with skills in cloud architecture, deployment, automation, and managing cloud-based services and applications.
Skilled in hedging and market risk management for an insurance firm. Technical skills in Python, C# and SQL
5+ years of experience in operational risk, enterprise risk management and/or compliance ideally with project management experience
Experience working with PD/LGD/EAD models with technical proficiency in Python, R and SQL
