A BMA-based carrier client of ours required a US entity to remain competitive, so they tasked Ikon with finding a candidate that could launch and scale a US-based MGA. They needed someone that could understand US market dynamics, and effectively lead underwriting teams across multiple lines of business.

A top independent MGA’s GL CUO left, bringing along their entire program’s underwriting team. This scared brokers and the MGA needed to project strength and replace their leader/underwriting team ASAP.
