A top independent MGA’s GL CUO left, bringing along their entire program’s underwriting team. This scared brokers and the MGA needed to project strength and replace their leader/underwriting team ASAP.

Ikon immediately replaced their CUO, placing a former candidate, and quickly mapped out the entire niche’s market. Targeting the top players in the space, we were able to identify top talent from their competitors and poach a VP & Senior Underwriter.
