Ashley founded Madison Hunt in 2020, building upon his specialization in placing finance and investment professionals within the Infrastructure & Energy sectors.

With over 10 years of executive search experience, Ashley moved from London to New York in 2018 to launch and head the US practice for a boutique infrastructure search firm. To date he has partnered with Private Equity, Credit, banking and portfolio companies across North America and Europe. He has also partnered with some of the highest profile energy & infra clients in the world.

Ashley’s deeply established network and expertise in these niche industries have enabled him to move quicker and more efficiently in a competitive market.
