Previously, Alberto was a Senior Vice President at a boutique search firm, where he placed candidates across investment banks, including bulge brackets, advisory boutiques, industry boutiques, and middle market banks. Alberto covered all industries and products but had a particular focus on Power & Renewables, Digital Infrastructure, Diversified Industrials, and Healthcare & Life Sciences.

Alberto grew up in Guanajuato, Mexico and graduated with a BBA from the University of New Mexico. He is fluent in Spanish.
