Aaron has specialized in Infrastructure, Energy, and Real Assets Finance recruitment since graduating from Elon University with a BSBA in Business Management in May 2018. Aaron started his career at One Search, where he worked closely with Ash before joining Madison Hunt as the first hire.

Originally from Bermuda, Aaron has a passion for the water, is an avid golfer and enjoys playing/watching soccer (Arsenal supporter).
