John Paul has been building new and disruptive brands around Cannabis and Colorado since 2013. It all started with Hemp Temps, the first ever full-service temporary labor agency in the Cannabis space. After building out a successful business model centered around employee care, Hemp Temps has expanded into the Oklahoma market with many other States on the horizon.
From Hemp Temps, Agron and Klone were born focusing on wholesale grow equipment and wholesale genetics respectively. Agron has been making waves in the market where people are slowly drifting away from their local grow stores and finding out how convenient and affordable an online wholesaler can be. Klone has also been stirring the pot and has created a new, clean, and reliable source for licenses needing to fill their facility with plants as well as veteran growers looking to bring more variety into their lineup.
Ikon is the latest addition to the Wolf Ethan portfolio of brands. After refining the Hemp Temps approach to temporary labor, it was clear that there was a large gap in the marketplace. When it came to placing highly qualified candidates in management positions and up we noticed that it all staffing agencies who opened up a cannabis approach. We took the opposite approach, coming from the cannabis industry and starting a recruiting division. We believe our direct industry expertise leads us to be a cut above the rest. With intensive skills testing and professional vetting, we are sure we can find companies their next industry Ikon.
John Paul is the husband of Wolf Ethan Co-Founder, Shannon Foreman. Together, they have three amazing children; Savannah, Autumn, and Wolf. On weekends, you’re likely to find all of them spending some quality time together doing outdoor activities.
